Happiness is to see the world in a grain of sand, and Heaven in a wild flower, to hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in a single hour. ~William Blake
Art is my passion! I have been creating and showing my Folk Art since 1998. My work is a reflection of my appreciation for the simplicity and warmth of Americana and the old colonial days, the whimsical and the eclectic, and the peace found in sacred art. I am especially thankful to all the many wonderful people who support me and make it possible for me to continue to offer my creations!
Periodically I will send out an email with information about gallery events, auctions, giveaways and new creations. If you would like to receive the newsletter please email me at benedettabozzo@hotmail.com Thank you so much for taking an interest in my work
All the very best,
Benedetta

Dolls...
My folk art primitive dolls have been inspired by the Colonial American days. The doll-making process takes from several hours to a number of days. Simple, original designs are combined with colorful fabrics and buttons to create a one-of-a-kind piece that will not be reproduced. The dolls are made by hand-drawing directly onto muslin, which is then stained with vanilla and coffee, baked, and sanded for added vintage charm. They are then finished with lots of hand-stitching for homespun warmth and heirloom quality. Please consider that these artist dolls are not intended for young children. Dust them with a dry, soft cloth as needed.
